Bringing Middle Eastern Flavors to Life Through Design: Working on this project was both an exciting and challenging experience. The goal was to create a visually captivating print that celebrated essential ingredients in Middle Eastern cuisine, such as pomegranates, chilies, and olives. Beyond aesthetics, the artwork needed to seamlessly blend into the restaurant’s warm and inviting ambiance while staying true to ASMA’s brand identity.

A Versatile Print Across Multiple Brand Touchpoints: One of the most exciting aspects of this project was adapting the artwork across multiple surfaces and product applications. The print was integrated into aprons, takeaway boxes, cutlery, chutney and sauce jars, and even tissue paper packaging, maintaining a cohesive brand experience. Ensuring the artwork’s adaptability across varying sizes and materials was a rewarding creative challenge, reinforcing ASMA’s strong visual identity.
A Unique Fusion of Tradition and Modernity: The artwork was meticulously hand-sketched in a batik style, incorporating a watery texture that added depth and a sense of craftsmanship. The design was carefully curated to honor the authenticity of Middle Eastern culinary culture while infusing a modern artistic touch. This fusion of tradition and contemporary aesthetics ensured that the print felt both timeless and fresh.
