Italian Gardens & Heritage Craftsmanship

Conceptualization & Inspiration: My role in this collaboration began with deep research and conceptualization, drawing from Tod’s unparalleled craftsmanship and Huda Al Nuaimi’s distinctive artistic vision. The goal was to create a seamless blend of East and West—celebrating the spirit of Ramadan while paying homage to Tod’s Italian heritage.
Signature Elements & Craftsmanship
We took inspiration from Tod’s exquisite handcrafted leather goods, incorporating signature details like the iconic T brass symbol, intricate stitching, and luxurious textures. These elements became the foundation for the visual identity of the collection, embodying timeless elegance and enduring craftsmanship.
Artworks & Print Development: Each design was meticulously hand-drawn on Procreate, merging two core inspirations: the beauty of Italian gardens, reflecting the brand’s origins, and the intricate detailing of Tod’s leatherwork. These illustrations translated into refined prints for the limited-edition Eid candle, ensuring a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity.
A Fusion of Heritage & Artistry: This collaboration was a celebration of craftsmanship, cultural synergy, and artistic excellence. By intertwining Tod’s legacy with Huda Al Nuaimi’s design language, the project brought forth a collection that was not just a product but a testament to the beauty of tradition and innovation coexisting.
Packaging & Gold Foil Accents: Beyond product design, we developed the box packaging, incorporating intricate artwork that echoed the candle’s theme. Elegant gold foiling cards were placed inside the box, adding a luxurious touch that elevated the unboxing experience, making it as memorable as the product itself.
Dubai Mall Window Display: To extend the artistic narrative into Tod’s Dubai Mall store, we designed bespoke window displays that seamlessly integrated the collection’s aesthetic. The four grand glass windows and the central pillar behind the mannequins were adorned with carefully placed elements, ensuring a striking visual impact.
